I have a tendency to get distracted by things that probably don't warrant much attention.

An oddly placed chair. A pleasing colour combination. A shopfront with questionable design choices.

The small, sometimes absurd details of everyday life.

I'm drawn to the accidental rather than the arranged. Things that are unexpectedly beautiful, or so ordinary they somehow become interesting again.

Over the years, I've built a collection of these observations. People, places, objects and little moments that don't necessarily have anything in common, except that something about them made me stop and look.

My work is an ongoing attempt to make sense of what catches my eye.
